gaybymama typeqblogIt’s Sunday night.  Mr. Shenanigans is singing himself to sleep in his crib and the wife and I have retreated to our own corners of the house for a little solitude after a happy, loud, busy, exhausting and soul filling weekend hosting the first ever Gayby Jamboree.

gaybymama typeqHey up glittery readers.  Gayby mama here, back from a long hiatus.  When last I left you, I was all talk of penis cakes and small boys turning one.  What you didn’t know at the time was that the wifey and I were on track to get knocked up again with le bebe redux (LBR).

gaybymama typeqLe Bebe turned one last week and naturally, he had three different birthday parties. I made a cake for each one. The first was nothing special, angel food with boiled chocolate icing, which I wouldn’t let him eat (because I’m THAT kind of lesbian mum).  Round two he got cupcakes, this time with brown butter icing (yum) left over from the pinnacle cake made for round three, his blow out birthday party.
